DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days depending on availability and credit verification. However due to the ongoing crisis orders will take longer to process to allow our team to adhere to health and safety regulations such as social distancing and other precautionary measures.
Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created.
Benjart.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.
Delivery options for UK residents:
- Standard Delivery: Free shipping* (orders £40 and above are shipped for free) via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a £3.50 postage charge and will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and will arrive within two days once dispatched.
- Special Delivery (Currently Suspended): Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm - Order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase the next business day* (*Orders placed on Friday will be sent with Saturday Guaranteed delivery. Does not include Sundays)
Please note, orders made after 2pm GMT will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday's as well as during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

Benjart ships worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked, please select your destination at checkout. A flat rate of £10 shipping will be applied. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods will be the recipients responsibility.
